How to take it.

Sift a spoon

One rounded scoop into a warm bowl. Sift if you are devout. Deep jade, no clumps.

Whisk to foam

A little hot water, then whisk in a brisk W until a fine green foam rises. Same motion, older green.

Sit and drink

Grassy, bright, faintly sweet. The cousin ceremony. Older than the one you know, and honestly better.
