A grain built like a broom.
A tall, drought-proof grass with a bristling head of round golden grains. It asks for almost no water and almost no attention, and it has been feeding entire continents while the rest of us looked the other way.
SORGHUM BICOLOR · The fifth biggest grain on earth. Gluten free and full of fiber. America never got the memo.

Sorghum is the fifth most produced cereal grain on the planet. It is a staple across Africa and Asia, ground into flour, fermented, and yes, popped like tiny corn. Everywhere it grows, it is ordinary in the best sense: dependable, daily, essential.
In the United States most sorghum goes to animal feed and fuel, not dinner. A grain that feeds half the world got filed under livestock here. The map lit up everywhere except one stubborn, forgetful corner of it.
Sorghum is naturally gluten free, high in fiber, and rich in antioxidants in its whole grain form. It is traditionally used as a everyday staple. We are not selling a miracle. We are selling a grain that half the planet already trusts.
Popped sorghum is popcorn shrunk to an adorable scale, then clustered and dusted with savory gold. Monk ingredients. Snack-machine energy. We could not stop eating them, so we made them yours.
